Custom Wood Cutting Boards

Custom wood cutting boards wholesale — end-grain, edge-grain, and face-grain in acacia, walnut, teak, olive wood, bamboo. Food-safe finishes. Trial orders to container loads.

Custom Cutting Boards

Custom wood cutting boards manufactured for kitchenware brands, hospitality suppliers, and importers — end-grain, edge-grain, and solid slab construction in teak, acacia, walnut, olive wood, bamboo, wenge, and rubberwood. End-grain orients wood fibers vertically so knife blades slide between them — gentler on edges, less visible wear, the standard for professional kitchens. Edge-grain uses horizontal fiber orientation for a smoother surface at lower cost, the standard for retail. Every board is CNC-profiled to your dimensions, sanded through 320-grit, and finished with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax meeting FDA and LFGB standards.

Custom shapes — rectangular, round, paddle, book-shaped, and CNC-profiled outlines — with optional juice grooves, finger grooves, integrated handles, and hanging holes. Branding by laser engraving, CNC engraving, or wood burning applied after finishing. Flexible order quantities from small trial runs to full container loads, with retail-ready packaging from individual branded sleeves to rigid gift boxes with die-cut windows.

Why Choose Our Wooden Cutting Boards

Every product built to your exact specifications

Multiple Constructions

Our workshop builds end-grain (vertical fiber, knife-friendly), edge-grain (smooth surface), and solid slab boards — each in custom dimensions and wood species, cut and assembled on our production floor.

Seven Wood Species

We stock teak for natural water resistance, acacia for hardness, walnut for dark presentation, olive wood for unique grain, bamboo for eco-certified density, plus wenge and rubberwood in our lumber warehouse.

Custom Shapes & Details

Our CNC routers produce rectangular, round, paddle, book-shaped, and custom outlines. We add juice grooves, finger grooves, integrated handles, metal handles, and hanging holes per your design.

Food-Safe & Brand-Ready

Our finishing department applies food-grade mineral oil or beeswax finish meeting FDA and LFGB standards. Our branding stations handle laser engraving, CNC engraving, wood burning, and custom retail packaging.

Sample & Approval

Our workshop produces a sample board to your wood species, construction type, dimensions, and finish. Evaluate cut quality, surface finish, and branding before our production lines begin bulk manufacturing.

Export-Ready Logistics

Our team handles retail-ready packaging from individual branded sleeves to rigid gift boxes with die-cut windows. FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping with fumigation and full export documentation from our Cao County facility.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between end-grain and edge-grain cutting boards?
End-grain boards orient wood fibers vertically — knife blades slide between fibers rather than cutting across them, gentler on edges with less visible wear. Preferred by professional chefs. Edge-grain boards use horizontal fiber orientation for a smoother surface at lower production cost, the standard for retail and consumer lines.
Which wood species is best for cutting boards?
Teak is the top performer — natural oils make it water-resistant without heavy sealing. Acacia (~1,700 lbf Janka) offers excellent scratch resistance. Walnut provides a premium dark appearance with moderate hardness. Olive wood has unique flowing grain for gift and high-end lines. Strand-woven bamboo reaches 2,500–3,000 lbf, harder than oak, with FSC certification available.
Are your cutting boards food-safe?
Yes. All food-contact boards are finished with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax complying with FDA 21 CFR and EU LFGB standards. Laminated boards use waterproof, food-safe adhesive. Compliance documentation is available for import records.
What thickness should I choose?
End-grain boards are typically 38–50mm for vertical fiber orientation. Edge-grain and solid slab boards are typically 20–25mm. Thicker boards are heavier and more stable; thinner boards are lighter and more cost-effective. We produce to your specified thickness.
Which wood species work best for cutting boards?
Walnut, maple, cherry, acacia, and bamboo are the most popular — each offers a different balance of hardness, grain appearance, and cost.
