How We Make Your Products
From raw wood material to finished product — each step controlled for consistency and quality
1. Material Selection & Panel Processing
We source wood material by species, grade, and moisture content, then cut and surface panels to your specified dimensions. Every board is inspected for knots, cracks, and color consistency before it enters production.
2. CNC Precision Cutting & Shaping
Multi-axis CNC machines cut, shape, carve, and drill each component to tight tolerances. From simple rectangular panels to complex curved profiles, every part is produced to match the approved sample.
3. Assembly & Hardware Installation
Hinges, clasps, corner protectors, magnetic catches, and handles are fitted and tested for smooth operation. Each hardware component is installed to spec and checked for alignment and function before moving to finishing.
4. Surface Sanding & Finishing
Multi-stage sanding from coarse to fine grit, followed by various surface treatments, including natural, stained, painted, lacquered, oiled, or waxed finishes. Finished products are dried and inspected before moving to the next production stage.
5. Logo Branding & Customization
Custom branding options include laser engraving, screen printing, hot branding, foil stamping and UV printing. Logos are applied according to approved artwork and specifications to ensure a consistent appearance throughout production.
6. Quality Inspection, Fumigation & Packaging
Every piece goes through final inspection: surface finish inspection, dimensional check, hardware function test, and structural integrity verification. Approved products undergo mandatory export fumigation, are securely packed to export standards, and prepared for shipment.
