Shipping Methods

Sea Freight — FCL (Full Container Load)
FCL is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders. Your goods occupy an entire container, sealed at our factory and opened at your warehouse — minimizing handling and damage risk.
20ft Container (20GP)
- Internal volume: ~33 CBM
- Practical loading: 26–29 CBM
- Max payload: up to 28,000 kg
- Best for: Heavy wooden products such as cutting boards, solid wood crates, dense packaging, and palletized goods.
40ft Container (40GP)
- Internal volume: ~67 CBM
- Practical loading: 55–60 CBM
- Max payload: up to 26,800 kg
- Best for: Medium-weight wooden products — gift boxes, trays, storage boxes, and bulk packaging.
40ft High Cube (40HQ)
- Internal volume: ~76 CBM
- Practical loading: 68–72 CBM
- Max payload: up to 26,500 kg
- Best for: Large-volume, lighter products — display boxes, nesting crates, assembled wooden products.

Sea Freight — LCL (Less than Container Load)
LCL is suitable for smaller orders that do not fill a full container. Your goods share container space with other shipments and are charged by volume (per CBM).
When to Choose LCL
- Trial orders (2-10 CBM)
- Sample batches for market testing
- Seasonal or limited-run products

- Under 10 CBM: LCL is usually cheaper
- 10-15 CBM: Case-by-case comparison needed
- Over 15 CBM: FCL is almost always more cost-effective
Air Freight & Express Shipping
When speed is critical, we can arrange air freight or international express via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. These options are best suited for urgent orders, high-value goods, and product samples.
Air Freight
- Transit time: 5-12 days worldwide
- Best for: 100-1000 kg shipments
- Ideal for urgent restocks and high-value items
Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
- Transit time: 6-12 days worldwide
- Best for: Samples and small orders under 100 kg

Trade Terms (Incoterms 2020)
We support the following Incoterms to match your procurement strategy
FOB — Free On Board
We handle all costs and responsibilities until the goods are loaded onto the vessel at the port of departure. You take over from there including sea freight, insurance, and import clearance. The most commonly used term for Chinese exports.
CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight
We cover product cost, sea freight, and basic insurance to your destination port. You handle import clearance, duties, and final delivery. A convenient option if you prefer a bundled price.
EXW — Ex Works
Goods are picked up from our factory. You arrange all transportation, export clearance, and logistics. Best if you have your own freight forwarder or logistics partner in China.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
We handle everything — export clearance, international freight, import duties, and delivery to your specified address. A complete door-to-door solution. Available on request for qualified destinations.

Export-Grade Packaging
Wooden products require careful packaging for international transit. We use multiple layers of protection to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
Individual Product Protection
Each product is individually wrapped with PE bags, bubble wrap, and/or foam sheets. Corner protectors and edge guards are applied to prevent surface damage during handling.
Moisture Control
Silica gel desiccants are placed in each carton to absorb moisture. Products are packed at 8-12% moisture content to prevent warping and mold during transit.
Container Loading
Cartons are stacked and secured with strapping bands and air bags to prevent shifting. Loading plans are optimized for weight distribution and space utilization.
