Are the trays food-safe?
Yes. Food-grade mineral oil, beeswax, or food-safe lacquer — all odorless and tasteless once cured. Mineral oil penetrates and never goes rancid; food-safe lacquer forms a sealed film that survives washing. All finishes comply with FDA and LFGB standards. Natural unfinished trays also available for craft and DIY brands.
What sizes and shapes are available?
Every tray is made to your dimensions. Small 150–250mm, medium 250–400mm, large 400–600mm. Thickness 12–25mm. Shapes: rectangular, square, round, oval, heart-shaped, and custom outlines from your drawing.
Can I order unfinished trays and finish them myself?
Yes. Unfinished trays sanded to 180 grit with no coating. Popular with craft brands and DIY kit sellers. Lower cost than finished trays since the finishing step is skipped.
