QC Inspection Stages
Raw Material Inspection
All incoming wood materials are inspected for moisture content, grain quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy before entering production. Only materials meeting our quality standards proceed to manufacturing.
In-Process Inspection
Quality checks performed during production at key stages including cutting, shaping, assembly, and finishing. Dimensional tolerance, surface quality, and structural integrity are verified throughout the process.
Final Quality Check
Every batch undergoes a comprehensive final inspection before packaging. Products are checked for dimensional accuracy, surface finish quality, hardware functionality, and overall workmanship against approved samples.

Pre-Production Samples
Samples produced and reviewed before mass production begins. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Pre-Shipment Photos & Reports
Detailed photos and inspection reports provided before shipment. Visual documentation of finished products allows remote verification of quality and specifications.
Third-Party Inspection
We welcome third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, BV, or Intertek to conduct independent quality audits at our facility before shipment.
Consistent Production Quality
Standardized manufacturing procedures and trained quality control staff ensure consistent quality across all production runs, whether for first orders or repeat orders.
Export Documentation & Compliance
All shipments are accompanied by proper export documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance at destination ports
Fumigation Certificate (ISPM-15)
Phytosanitary treatment certification for wood packaging in international shipping
Certificate of Origin
Issued by CCPIT, verifying products are manufactured in China for customs and tariff purposes
These certificates are provided as part of our standard export documentation package. Additional documentation such as FSC chain-of-custody, REACH compliance, or LFGB food-safety certificates is available upon request.
