Three decoration methods on one face: laser engraving burns logos and text permanently into the wood with no ink to wear off; UV full-color printing handles gradients and photos with condensation-resistant cured ink; screen printing wins on single-color volume runs at lower per-unit cost. All three methods food-safe.

Are the coasters water-resistant and heat-resistant?
Solid wood naturally absorbs some condensation — that's the function of a wooden coaster. Oil-finished coasters let the wood breathe while repelling most moisture; temporary water rings from very wet glasses fade as moisture evaporates. Lacquered coasters bead water but show finish wear over time. 8–12mm solid wood provides sufficient thermal insulation for standard hot mugs.
Can I get custom packaging for retail?
Yes. Branded boxes, custom insert cards, branded tissue, and foil-stamped sleeves available from 500 sets. Coaster sets with a holder ship in a custom-fit foam insert. Standard retail format: rigid box with die-cut window, foam/tissue interleave, branded sleeve with UPC.
What is the MOQ and how long does production take?
MOQ is 200 sets per design, covering vector file setup, laser programming, and first-article inspection. Trial runs below 200 can be arranged. Custom samples ship in 7 working days. Bulk production takes 30–45 days after sample approval.
Do you offer coaster holders or caddies?
Yes. Matching wood holders in the same species as the coaster set — typically a cradle or slotted rack holding 4–6 coasters upright or stacked. Metal wire holders also available. Sets with holders consistently outsell coaster-only sets at retail.
Can I order unfinished coasters for my own finishing?
Yes. Plain sanded coasters with no finish or decoration, ready for your own painting, staining, pyrography, resin work, or DIY crafting. Available in all five wood species, standard and custom shapes. Bulk quantities only.
