Wholesale Custom Black Walnut Wood Coasters

Solid black walnut coasters, 8.8 × 8.8cm, available in five styles: round thickened (1cm), round grooved (0.9cm), square thickened (1cm), square grooved (0.9cm), and square outside with round inside. Each coaster is laser-cut from kiln-dried black walnut, hand-sanded through multiple grits, and finished with food-grade mineral oil. The grooved variants have concentric channels that catch condensation from iced drinks; the thickened variants provide extra thermal insulation for hot mugs.

Black walnut is a dense North American hardwood with rich chocolate-brown heartwood and straight grain. Each coaster comes from a different section of the board — no two have identical grain. The natural darkness of walnut means laser engraving reads as a subtle tone-on-tone mark rather than high contrast. Best for venues and brands where the coaster is part of the table presentation: upscale restaurants, corporate gifting, boutique hotels.
