Carved products — chain link decor with 3–7 freely moving links carved from a single wood block (not assembled). Laser-cut products — family puzzles with 2–7 interlocking figures, custom wood signs, engraved plaques, and wall art from birch plywood. Joined products — storage crates, bins, and baskets in nailed, box-joint, or dovetail construction, Coasters and trays are also available using combinations of these production methods.

Yes. Dimensions, wood species, and finish are specified per product, not picked from a fixed catalog. Finishes include natural oil/wax, clear matte or gloss lacquer, stained wood in standard or custom-matched colors, and painted matte in any Pantone or RAL color. The same finish can be applied across vases, crates, and puzzles to create a cohesive collection. Finish samples on your chosen wood species are provided for approval before production.

Pre-production samples — made to your exact dimensions, wood species, and finish — take 7 working days. The sample cost is credited against the bulk order. Bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample sign-off.

Yes. Vases, chain link decor, puzzles, crates, and bins ship together in consolidated containers. Pine (cost-effective, stains well, Janka ~400), beech (fine grain, good turning properties, Janka ~1,300), walnut (premium dark wood, no stain needed, Janka ~1,010), oak (strong grain pattern, good for chain decor, Janka ~1,300), birch plywood (stable, flat, used for puzzles and crate panels), MDF (for painted products where grain shouldn't show), and bamboo (renewable, hard surface, distinct linear grain). The best choice depends on the product category, the finish you want, and the retail price point.

Yes. Products can ship with retail-ready packaging — branded boxes or sleeves, hang tags, UPC/barcode labels, assembly instructions, and care cards. For e-commerce, packaging is designed to survive courier handling.

Different products use different methods. Vases combine CNC turning for the rough shape with hand sanding for the final surface. Chain link decor is mostly hand-carved — machines can rough out the block but the links must be freed and finished by hand. Puzzles and wood signs are laser-cut — the machine handles the intricate cutting, then pieces are hand-sanded to remove laser char. Crates use a mix of CNC panel cutting and hand assembly. There's no single 'handmade vs. machine-made' answer — each product category uses the right method for its geometry and volume.

Design and specification: 3–7 days to finalize drawings, wood species, and finish. Sampling: 7 working days to produce a pre-production sample. Sample review and approval: depends on the buyer's review process and shipping time for the sample. Bulk production: 30–45 days after sample approval. Shipping: 15–30 days by sea to most destinations, 3–7 days by air (at higher cost). A typical first-time project runs 6–10 weeks from initial inquiry to receiving bulk goods. Repeat orders are faster — 4–6 weeks once the design is locked in.
