Construction and shapes

Each shape is turned from a single wood block on a CNC lathe. The four standard profiles cover most retail needs: straight cylinder (clean, modern), tapered (wider at base, narrower at top — classic vase silhouette), bell (narrow at base, flared at top — best for fuller arrangements), and square (flat-sided, more architectural). All are hollowed to roughly 60–70% of the exterior depth so they have enough weight to stand stable but aren't solid slugs of wood adding unnecessary freight cost.

Standard sizes: small (15–18cm), medium (20–23cm), large (25–28cm). Mixed assortments by shape and size are the most common order configuration for retail buyers who want shelf-ready variety.

Materials and finish

Paulownia is standard — lightweight, pale color, smooth surface that takes paint and stain evenly. Pine is the alternative for a heavier, more textured look with visible grain. Finishes: natural matte, whitewash, gray wash, dark walnut stain, matte black, or custom color.

These are decorative only. Not watertight. For fresh flower capability, specify a liner insert.
